James Herriot’s adventures as a veterinarian renowned for his inspiring humour, compassion,
and love of life get a glorious new adaptation in All Creatures Great & Small, a seven-part series based on his beloved books set in 1930s Yorkshire.

The series begins in 1937 and Glasgow is in the grip of depression. New veterinarian James Herriot moves to the Yorkshire Dales for work and is immediately thrown into the deep end in his first job to treat a lame horse.

Starring Nicholas Ralph as James Herriot, Samuel West as Siegfried Farnon, Anna Madeley as Mrs. Hall and Rachel Shenton as Helen Alderson.

Our premiere presentation of the first season of the all new All Creatures Great and Small will be followed starting Oct. 26, 2021 by our premiere presentation of the classic BBC series of All Creatures Great and Small that originally premiered in 1978.
