For 350 years, a demon hound has been stalking – and killing – heirs of the baronial Baskerville estates, located on the desolate moors of England. Is the massive, black dog with glowing red eyes a supernatural curse or a real hound with a killer for a master? When Sir Charles Baskerville dies mysteriously, the hound is blamed. But when Sir Henry, the young heir to the Baskerville fortunes and estates, arrives in London from Canada, he too receives a death threat. That is when Sherlock Holmes is hired to protect him and solve the mystery of the ‘monstrous hound from hell.’ Sherlock Holmes and his assistant, Dr. Watson, search for clues. There are a number of possible killers and explanations.

Filmed in Montréal, The Hound of the Baskervilles stars Matt Frewer as Sherlock Holmes and Kenneth Welsh as Dr. Watson (2000)
